The location of our butchery and two farms in the New Forest gives us perfect access to a wide range of vetted suppliers. Our very own Brett Reynolds and his friend Pat, small syndicate shoots, farmers and individual stalkers all supply game to our butchers. The meat is all hand prepared on site by our highly experienced butchers. The vast majority of our suppliers are located within a twenty mile radius of us.
Brett Reynolds - Deer stalking is one of my passions. Culling deer is an important part of managing habitat and preserving the herds health. It is carried out in the most humane way possible to strict codes of conduct. Venison is sourced by me and processed by me, ensuring a local, natural product that has total provenance.
